Ellie -- Myself, Gretchen, Andrea, and Vanda and possibly Paul are going to Utah for a family vacation in late August. When I learned about the Big 50, I revised my plans to include the reunion and am looking forward to seeing you and others. I have always remembered you fondly, as a neighbor and good fun loving friend. I remember I used to tease you a lot and treat you like one of the guys. I recall that I was saddened when you all moved to Lansdowne. It was great to see you at Mother's visitation a few years back despite the circumstances. The reunion has awakened many fond memories of those childhood and teenage years on Goodrich Ave. Our house had a covered porch and served as the school bus stop. Besides you, other 1964 classmates on the sreet included Bob Smith, Peggy Herbert, Wayne McCray, Roger McCray, David Sprinkle, and Charlie Trimble. And there may have been a couple of others down by the cul-de-sac. I recall lots of street football, baseball at the circle at the botton of the street, floods that inundated the houses at the bottom of the street, pranks on neighbors especially grumpy, old Mr. Pickett, who was the beneficiary of a bag of dog feces Bob Smith and I set on fire at his front door just before ringing his doorbell.
