I remember Judy as a quiet and studious person, and this was probably at Lafayette Junior H.S. I believe that she had diabetes at our young age ... she had to retrieve her lunch tray from the cafeteria workers every day. At the time I didn't know why her food was different from ours, and I wish now that I had offered her friendship.
Judy had a son Kemper that played football in same league as my son at Shillito park in 1980's. Judy did have diabetes which lead to kidney failure and she was on a kidney transplant list. I cared for her several times when I worked the ER. She passed away before getting the transplant.
